Keri Martin

Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator, Rochester Technology & Manufacturing Association (RTMA)

Keri Martin joined the Rochester Technology & Manufacturing Association (RTMA) in July 2024 as its Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator. She is a certified New York State Teacher and School Building Leader with over eight years of experience in K–12 education, with a focus on instructional leadership, special education, and building systems that support diverse learners. Throughout her career, Keri has worked to ensure that all students, regardless of background or learning needs, have access to high-quality instruction and the foundational skills necessary for long-term success.


At the RTMA, Keri leads efforts to strengthen the connection between education and workforce development. She manages partnerships across advanced manufacturing, education and community organizations to create pathways into high-demand careers through the Finger Lakes Youth Apprenticeship Program and ROC With Your Hands.


Keri lives in Rochester (Hilton) with her husband, two children and enjoys going for walks with her family at the end of a long day.
