Melanie Lewis

Melanie Lewis is Director of Workforce Strategies at Micron Technology, where she leads efforts to expand the technician talent pipeline in support of Micron’s U.S. expansion. Her work focuses on building and scaling partnerships across community colleges, registered apprenticeships, career and technical education (CTE), veterans programs, and career re‑entry pathways. She brings nearly a decade of experience at Micron and deep expertise in workforce development and talent programs with active engagement across North America to strengthen access to semiconductor careers.
