Taylor Spires

Taylor Spires serves as a Workforce Development Project Coordinator at Syracuse University’s Office of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation, where she supports the Future-Ready Workforce Innovation Consortium and the Northeast Network. In this role, she leads coordination of meetings and events, manages internal communications, and oversees shared data and project management systems that enable cross-sector collaboration. Taylor also tracks the progress of strategic workforce initiatives from concept through implementation, supporting partners across education and industry.

Prior to joining Syracuse University, Taylor held leadership roles at Amazon, where she focused on team development, operations management, and process optimization. She also supported public health efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic through coordination and contact tracing work at Syracuse University. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Syracuse University.
